Who I Work With

For women whose lives look largely fine from the outside — but who know there is something important still asking for their attention.

Perhaps you are questioning a next step, feeling disconnected from yourself, navigating a transition, or sensing that the life you have built no longer fits as comfortably as it once did.

This is not crisis support. It is thoughtful, forward-moving work for those moments when something deeper is asking to be understood.

Areas of Focus

A thread of alignment runs through all of my work — helping you understand what matters most to you, where your energy is going, and how to bring the way you are living into closer harmony with who you are and what you want from this next chapter.

Most people who come to me are thoughtful, capable and already functioning well in many areas of their lives. They are not looking to be fixed; they are looking for clarity, direction, or a deeper understanding of themselves and what comes next.

The areas below reflect some of the themes and transitions that most often bring people to this work.

01

For the woman who has given everything — and is ready to reclaim herself.

Women at a Threshold

For many of the women I work with, midlife is not a crisis. It is the moment they begin to feel the weight of a life lived for others, and the quiet truth that something needs to shift. The next decade is no longer about proving anything. It is about finding out, perhaps for the first time, what you actually want.

Together we make sense of where you are, untangle the patterns that no longer serve you, and find a way forward that is steady, grounded —
and unmistakably yours.

Not a crisis. An invitation to pay attention to something important.

02

Because how you relate to the world begins with how you relate to yourself.

Relationships, With Others and With Yourself

When the closest relationships in our lives feel difficult, the work is rarely only about the other person. It is often about patterns that have been quietly running underneath for a long time — always being the one who holds things together, finding it harder than you would like to ask for what you need, losing touch with yourself while caring for everyone else, or noticing a quiet resentment that has been building.

This is work that brings clarity to what you actually want, helps you ask for it with greater confidence, and returns you to a steadier, more grounded relationship with yourself.

When you understand yourself more clearly, everything around you begins to shift.

03

Outwardly capable. Quietly questioning what comes next.

When You Are Always the One Holding It Together

From the outside, you are the one who holds everything together — competent, reliable, the person others turn to. Inside, there is sometimes a quieter weight: a sense that the way you have been coping has become a way of life, a fatigue you cannot quite name, a growing question about whether the things you have built still match what you actually want.

This is the work of someone who has been functioning well for a long time and is reaching the point where outward competence no longer answers the deeper question. Together we make room for the parts of you that have not had the time of day, and reconnect you with what matters most — separately from what is expected of you.

The most important work often begins precisely when everything looks fine — and you sense there is more for you than what you are currently doing.

04

Divorce. Empty nest. Career change. Loss. A feeling that everything is shifting at once.

When Life Changes, and You Need to Find Your Footing

Sometimes life changes faster than we can. We are asked to integrate a great deal in a short space of time, and the old map no longer holds. This is work to steady the ground beneath you, and to begin to see the shape of what is forming, rather than only what is ending.

Particularly relevant if you are going through divorce or separation, adjusting to an empty nest, reconsidering your career, or navigating a period of significant change or loss.

You don't have to navigate this alone. And you don't have to simply cope your way through it.

Whatever brings you here, you do not have to figure it out alone. We begin where you are, and the way forward becomes clearer together.

Women navigating midlife and transition are at the heart of my practice. Men come too, often at moments of significant change when something deeper is asking to be understood. The work is the same — a space to think clearly, find your footing, and move forward.

When you're ready, we can begin.

A calm, confidential space to think clearly and move forward.
