These terms apply to your use of this website and to booking a session with The Emily Gray Practice.

This website provides general information about the psychological coaching services offered by Emily Gray at The Emily Gray Practice. Nothing on this site constitutes medical, psychiatric, or therapeutic advice, and it is not a substitute for professional medical or mental health care. If you are experiencing a medical or mental health emergency, please contact your GP, local emergency services, or an appropriate crisis support service.

The service

The Emily Gray Practice offers psychological coaching — a forward-focused, non-clinical service for people who are broadly functioning well. It is not psychotherapy or clinical treatment for a diagnosed mental health condition.

Bookings, payment and cancellation

Sessions can be booked at /book. Payment is taken at the point of booking. The cancellation policy in force at the time of your booking is set out on the booking page, and currently reads:

  • More than 48 hours' notice: free rescheduling.
  • Between 24 and 48 hours' notice: one complimentary reschedule available.
  • Less than 24 hours' notice: the session fee remains payable, as the appointment time has been reserved exclusively for you.
  • If Emily needs to reschedule your appointment: priority rebooking at the earliest available opportunity.

The current cancellation policy is always the version published on the booking page.

Intellectual property

The content of this website, including its text, the Aim Up Method name and materials, and the site design, belongs to The Emily Gray Practice and may not be copied or reproduced without permission.

Limitation of liability

This website is provided as is. While care is taken to keep the information on it accurate and up to date, no guarantee is made as to its completeness. To the extent permitted by law, The Emily Gray Practice is not liable for any loss arising from your use of this website.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
